Today, I found another Tawny Owl in one of five nest boxes that I checked. Spotting the owl was easy as it looked out from the entrance hole, which was quite exciting.
The owl had moved in after only four weeks which can be a sad reminder of the lack of natural tree holes in our modern forests. It is on the other hand great that nest boxes can easily help !
